To limit cabinet access that can lead to tampering or theft, the doors can be locked, and because they are constructed of stainless steel, the interior and most of the exterior are durable, rust resistant, and can be wiped clean.

The temperature in this Perlick BBS60GS-S-4 back bar cooler is adjustable on the digital thermostat, with a range between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, cooling using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants. With all its components in the cabinet, the refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted on the side. Vented at the front, it can be placed against other equipment and walls.
