Measuring 29 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 24 inches tall, the cavity interiors in this Duke 613-G2V double full-size convection oven are larger than most standard-depth ovens. Most convection ovens come with five racks in each cavity, but this Duke oven has six racks in each with a 13-position rack guide. Made with a porcelain finish, the cavities are durable and resistant to food and bacteria buildup, and their coved corners eliminate crevices that trap debris. Lights in the cavities improve visibility for product monitoring. Each oven has a set of dependent 65/35 doors, with double-pane glass windows on the larger doors.
