To create four cooking zones, the Vulcan MSA48-30 gas griddle has a mechanical snap-action thermostat embedded every 12 inches. Each cooking zone has individual controls, so different foods can be cooked simultaneously. To prevent accidental changes if an employee bumps into them, the knobs are protected with heavy-duty guards. Taking up minimal space in a crowded kitchen, this low-profile unit measures 48 inches wide by 37.50 inches deep by 15.25 inches high.
