Transporting plated food from the kitchen to banquet serving areas, the Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 Halo Heat banquet cart has a large, 128-plate capacity. Wire shelves hold the food, and depending on the application, they can accommodate plates, Gastronorm pans, or banquet trays. Unique heating technology gently surrounds the food and keeps it warm; it doesn't need water, moisture pans, or canned fuel to maintain product temperatures.

The Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/128 heated banquet cart is mounted on 6-inch-diameter casters, and because two casters swivel and two are rigid, the cart moves smoothly in a straight line and maneuvers around corners. Operators can steer the unit with transport handles, while the built-in bumpers prevent the cabinet from leaving dents and scratches on other surfaces.
