The Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 Halo Heat banquet cart is designed to move cooked, plated food from the back of the house to banquet halls. It has a large capacity, holding (192) 10-inch plates in two separate sections, and each section has four chrome-plated shelves and individual heat controls. Using up-and-down arrows, operators can adjust the heat in each section and monitor the level on the digital display. Heat in the unit is gentle and doesn't require canned fuel or moisture pans.

Durable for high-volume transport, the Alto-Shaam 1000-BQ2/192 banquet cart has a stainless steel interior and exterior that resists rusting and streamlines the cleaning process. The unit is mounted on six 6-inch casters, with two that swivel and two that are rigid.
