Alto-Shaam 500-TH/II Description
The Alto-Shaam 500-TH/II cook-and-hold oven uses Halo Heat®—a heating system that retains food moisture, minimizes portion-cut protein shrinkage, and maintains temperatures throughout cooking and holding cycles for uniform results. It cooks by time and converts from cook mode to hold mode automatically to reduce hands-on tasks. Operators can adjust cooking and holding temperatures via temperature knobs. While cooking temperatures range from 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, holding temperatures span between 60 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. This system also enables users to set cook and hold times, and indicator lights provide the status of cook and hold cycles.
