All Marsal ovens are designed with a special innovative air chamber, located below the cooking surface, which eliminates hotspots so there is no need to spin or rotate pies. Your pizza always comes out crispy and delicious all the way around with less labor involved.
SD Series ovens come equipped with Marsal's exclusive left-to-right burner system which ensures that every pizza has a part of the burner system directly underneath it. The results are crispier, tastier pizzas that are cooked much faster.
To give your pizza a better bake on top, these ovens are made with a special side baffle system using slots instead of circles. These slots push more heat to the center of the oven, cooking your pies evenly on the top.
