Alto-Shaam 300-TH Description
Ideal for kitchens with limited space, the Alto-Shaam 300-TH cook-and-hold oven measures 1615⁄16 inches wide by 263⁄16 inches deep by 2013⁄16 inches high to accommodate countertop installation. It's fitted with stabilizing, 3⁄4-inch nonskid rubber feet, and its 1311⁄16-inch-wide by 211⁄2-inch-deep by 121⁄2-inch-high interior accommodates three full-size pans or six half-size pans. Two wire shelves secure the pans in place, while two stainless steel side racks with seven pan positions are spaced on 13⁄8-inch centers. Its solid door withstands heavy use, and the stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion to preserve its original appearance.
The Alto-Shaam 300-TH cook-and-hold oven's Halo Heat system produces gentle, radiant heat throughout the cabinet evenly without using hot elements, added humidity, or fans that can impact food quality. It generates cooking temperatures between 200 and 325 degrees Fahrenheit, while its holding heat range is 85 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust temperatures and download or upload recipes with user-friendly controls. To ensure product is cooked and ready for holding, the single-point, straight probe checks internal product temperatures, converting the oven from cook mode to hold mode automatically.
