Warming food in a single full-size drawer, the Alto-Shaam 500-1D Halo Heat warming drawer comes with a removable, full-size pan that not only protects the interior from scratches and rust but also streamlines cleaning. Likewise, its stainless steel exterior conveniently wipes clean of dust or splashes, and for flexibility, the unit can be installed freestanding, stacked, or mounted in the counter. This warmer drawer uses Halo Heat technology to warm food without removing moisture. Its temperature is adjustable from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can check the temperature settings on the LED display.
