For countertop use, this compact unit holds seven 18-inch by 13-inch sheet pans or seven 12-inch by 20-in. hotel pans that sit on support rails in the cavity, where efficient LED lighting increases visibility. Operators can monitor the cook cycle through the glass door window, and because it is triple paned, it will keep most heat in. To show the unit status at a glance, the door has an LED indicator strip and is right hinged.

The touchscreen control panel on this Alto-Shaam CTP6-10G-QS full-size gas combi oven eases operation with programmability and menu storing capabilities.
