The Alto-Shaam ED2-96-BLK full-service heated display case tempts guests into buying goods by providing optimal visibility with its curved glass window and 14 interior lights. When the customer decides what product they want, employees can slide the back door open to retrieve foods. This glass also helps keep foods warm by reflecting heat back onto the products and creating a mirror effect for customers. Equipped with Halo Heat technology, this display case keeps food warm without cooking it.
Because this Alto-Shaam ED2-96-BLK countertop heated display case doesn't use water, condensation won't buildup on the front of it. This minimizes obstacles that could stop guests from viewing food products clearly and cuts down on maintenance required by employees. To protect the unit, rubber ends prevent the glass from breaking. Its bulbs are made of shatterproof glass, while the bumper reduces damage when moving it around.
