The Lincoln V2501/1353 countertop Impinger® conveyor oven uses a 31-inch-by-16-inch conveyor to send food through a 20-inch oven. The conveyor enables the oven to heat each product evenly, can increase output, and reduces labor demand. Through impingement, hot pressurized air surrounds the food to cook it quickly. Air is sent into the top and bottom with air fingers, and their removable design makes them easy to clean.
