The Vulcan-Hart 36RB 36-inch natural gas salamander broiler features six 8,300 BTU-cast iron burners with stainless steel radiants, operating at total input of 50,000 BTUs per hour. This model features dual heat controls for zone cooking that operate from 250 to 800 degrees. It also has a cool-to-the-touch knob that gives the correct positioning of its broiler carriage. This heavy duty salamander broiler also has a heavy duty chrome-plated broiling grid to hold your products together.
