Returns and Exchange Policy
At CE Restaurant Concepts, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We strive to provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, and our returns and exchange policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
General Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on all unused items in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%, and the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Custom items, made-to-order products, and equipment with optional accessories are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact CE Restaurant Concepts Customer Service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Our team will provide the RA number along with return instructions within a few business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected, minus any restocking fees. CE Restaurant Concepts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled without penalty. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies. Canceled orders without an RA number will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
CE Restaurant Concepts takes every precaution to ensure items are shipped securely. Upon delivery, inspect your items carefully for any visible damage. If an item arrives damaged, please note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt before the driver departs. Notify us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage, the packaging, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL). Retain all original packaging and materials until the issue is resolved.
If you are unsure whether an item is damaged upon delivery or cannot inspect it immediately, you may refuse the shipment. Please inform us within 48 hours if you refuse an order due to suspected damage, so we can assist with replacement or repair.
Concealed Damage
If damage to the product itself (not the packaging) is discovered after delivery, this is considered concealed damage. Notify us within 48 hours, keeping all original packaging, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by arranging for the correct item to be shipped or issuing a replacement for lost items.
Special Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Custom or special-order products, including made-to-order items, are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please review all specifications and requirements before placing an order for custom items.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to obtain a Return Authorization number. Exchanges are processed as a separate transaction, with the returned item refunded to the original method of payment once received and inspected.
