Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for orders from CE Restaurant Concepts vary based on shipping method, delivery address, dimensions, and weight of the package. Our website will automatically calculate your shipping rate when you place an item in your shopping cart. Some items may require a custom freight quote. If so, a CE Restaurant Concepts sales representative will contact you with the details after you place your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select items, indicated on the product pages. This free shipping offer applies only to orders within the contiguous United States and includes standard delivery from dock to dock (freight) or curbside (parcel). Free shipping does not cover additional services such as inside delivery, lift-gate delivery, or expedited shipping. If you need any of these services, please select the options during checkout, as additional charges may apply.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, which may incur additional shipping charges. If your order is shipping to one of these areas, please contact customer service for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
We use multiple carriers to offer a range of shipping options:
- Parcel Shipping : UPS, USPS, FedEx
- Ground Shipping: 2 - 7 business days
- Next Day Air: Next business day
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- 3 Day Select: 3 business days
Note: Transit time does not include order processing time. Orders placed after 2:30 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.
- Freight Shipping: For orders that exceed standard parcel limits, we offer freight shipping via a commercial carrier. Freight deliveries may require scheduled delivery and inspection upon arrival.
- Lift-Gate Delivery: A lift-gate service lowers your items from the delivery truck to ground level. This service is available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for moving the product into their building after it is unloaded.
Residential and Limited Access Deliveries
Deliveries to residential addresses, schools, churches, and other limited-access areas will incur additional shipping charges. Please identify the shipping address as residential or limited-access when placing your order to avoid delays. If a delivery attempt is made and fails due to incomplete information, redelivery fees may apply.
International Shipping
Currently, CE Restaurant Concepts does not ship directly to international locations. However, we can ship orders to U.S.-based freight forwarders, who can then coordinate international shipping. Please contact customer service if you would like assistance with arranging shipment through a freight forwarder.
Processing and Lead Times
- Quick Ship: Items marked as Quick Ship will leave our warehouse within 3 business days.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders for same-day shipping items will be shipped on the same day if placed before 2:30 PM EST, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.
Freight Receiving Procedures
For shipments delivered by freight carrier, please review the following procedures:
- Inspect All Packages Thoroughly: Before signing for the shipment, inspect each package for visible damage.
- Note Any Damage: If you see damage, mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present.
- Photograph Any Damage: Take photos of any damaged packages or products for documentation purposes.
- Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after opening the package, keep all original packaging and notify the freight carrier immediately. Contact CE Restaurant Concepts customer service for assistance with a freight claim if needed.
By following these steps, CE Restaurant Concepts will be able to assist with replacement or reshipment of damaged items if needed.
Order Refusal and Redelivery Fees
If an order is refused upon delivery for reasons other than shipping damage or CE Restaurant Concepts’ error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, redelivery charges, and/or restocking fees. If a delivery address change is requested after an item has shipped, additional fees may apply.
